When the taxi drops you on the road by the sign for this place, you wonder what the hell is going on(!) then you walk down a small alley to the beach front, take off your shoes, and enter a stunningly modern, clean and fresh little hotel - a real hidden gem! Staff were so friendly and helpful, even when we arrived at midnight from a late flight. Room was simple, but spotless and beautifully presented. Each room had its own wifi set up, so no fighting for signal or bandwidth (an issue everywhere.

You walk out the door and you are on the sand - it couldn't be any better a location. You can hear the waves at night. Great wifi. Lovely staff - despite the Thai/English language barrier they are kind and helpful. Naiyang is a great place to stay for relaxation and to experience a slice of raw Phuket. It is a small place but has the essentials and a stunn. The overall cleanliness from the lobby to the room. Feeling like a home away from home. This place is run by a friendly & lovely family, they occupied the ground floor. At the first glance this place tell me it's a wealthy family house from its outlook with 3-storey. The uppermost storey is the rooftop & good for sunset view. The guestroom can be categorize as 5* room. The attached bathroom in my double was well taken care. Bed are comfortable & clean. Almost everything I need they . Everything. We only stayed three nights but will be back for a longer time. The accommodation is excellent and you don't want for anything. Mead and her staff go out of their way to help you. Right on the beach, you can hearthe waves from your room. Within 100 metres are a variety of restaurants with excellent fare. If you like swimming & eating, this is the place for you. Iit's away from the hustle of the larger towns, but still with heaps to do. I can't speak highly enough about this plac. Great location, you can get into sea within 30 steps from the hotel front door. It's very small, but cozy and kept quite clean. Naiyang beach is a small place, so you can reach most if not all of the main restaurants bars and other facilities by 10 min beach-walk. Very friendly, polite staff. The best kept secrete in Phuket, close to the airport without the noise, calm beach for swimming and kite surfing, scuba diving, without the pressure sellers and the crowds! A very small hotel with 4 rooms on the beach but there are no views looking out onto the sea , this typical of the "boutique" hotels along NaiYang beach, NaiYang is a peaceful little village town with just shops , restaurants if want action go to Patong as always the best time to visit Thailand is out season. Right on beach. The furniture and fittings were new. Considering the proximity to the airport, a free transfer would have been good. Beach chairs available from the hotel would be a nice addition along with a option for breakfast. Nothing. Most staff members don't speak english or speak very little. It might be a little annoying after a while, especially when you are in a hurry. Still, they are very nice pepole. Bathroom not cleaned very well. No lounging chairs on beach but ok as next door you can rent. No view, but could hear the surf which was enough. Be patient with the staff's English. One lady knew enough and helped us find another place to stay. Accept cash only, which I was not aware of at the time of booking. Bed was very firm. No HOTEL sign on the street , so difficult for taxi driver to at night. the AC was blowing direct to the bed. ants on the desk. but this is very common in thailand. It can be hard to find, but it was ok. They should include breakfast and the transfer to airport was not free. The beach is okay but not the best for swimming/snorkeling. Maybe the price for the rooms could have been a bit lower for a good price/value ratio. small room, no balcony. The staff was a little inexperienced and they do not accept credit cards. Bed sheets not 100% clean, very low ceiling, credit cards not accepted. No facilities, not even one English tv channel. Water from taps was discoloured -- used bottle water to clean teeth. Beach is dirty in some parts with lots of debris floating, dogs in restaurants. Nothing else to do apart from the beach. no comment all was so good.. nothing. Minor , but toilet and shower side by side , no screen . Could not get tv reception. A bit overpriced. they have very small room and wifi vorking very bad. just one person know very poor english. anyway - it means nothing because i love those people! :D they were helpful, kind and i can say about this place and service just good thing. It rained the area not the best (Nai Yang). During only one night we had two black outs. Probably because of the storm... About 15% overpriced for what's available otherwise it's OK for weekend breaks - go back for that out season- for longer period debatable. The shower is above the toilet seat with no separation between them, the room didn't have any view, I can't see the point of bothering of making windows if there is a wall 10 cm in front of them. Overall it looks like they have only 2 rooms with such a view, but it would be nice to reflect these features in the room description.
