Ordered dessert wrongly but staff at Black Ginger instantly changed without issues, and we were not charged for our first round of incorrect orders...way to go to ensure we will be back. Food was outstanding! Housekeeping staff were tremendous and sorry we were in such a hurry, we didnt leave them a decent tip. Wonderful staff and overall hotel quality and experience. Big rooms, great facilities, lovely beach with great selection of local restaurants.
