Great hotel, the bathroom was awesome, the beds great, the location was perfect and close to everything and quiet. The room was very clean. After being gone for 25 days this was one of our two favorite hotels. the service, pleasant welcome at the reception, eager to help and very friendly. very good buffet breakfast, quiet and pleasant room, had a large bed and in single rooms that is a rarity in Switzerland !.

Also in the room we had, there was a gap at the bottom of the bathroom door which was a bit strange !. Champagne at breakfast unnecessary and expensive.Cramped bathroom. Missing some basics that you would expect to be there - no parking, nocopier, no printer, no business center, no meeting rooms. Could not keepthe window open at night as the hotel is next to a very busy street andthe level of noise is high even at 2-3 am. Also - very noisy airconditioning, I found out I could not rest well at night.The size of the room. They miss the arrest and then claim They are trying to satisfy the customer but they do nothing.
