good location. The apartment was clean and comfortable, although very basic. It had everything we needed - nothing more, nothing less. It was spacious with plenty of room for a family of five. Two double bedrooms and a large lounge with a big double sofa bed so everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The location is very good, close to the tram stop and very easy to get down town. It was very good value for money in an otherwise very expensive town. . all reviews »
Tram stop was right around the corner.
Lake Zurich was only within walking distance.
Big rooms with big wsardrobes.
Good supply of kitchen utensils.
Location, size of rooms, staff were helpful if contacted and replied to any concerns promptly. Ability to arrive after hrs.
1. no locking arrangement for bed rooms as well as bathroom
2. the second bed room has not had double cot, so it's not comfortable for couples. The apartment building is shabby and unappealing from the outside and the decor inside the apartment is very dated. The bathroom and kitchen really need an update but they are functional nonetheless.
bathroom/toilet looks a bit old and not lit up properly.
Kettle and mugs were not cleaned, unit was tired and beds very hard. Bathroom in need of makeover as well as Kitchen.
