The location of the hotel is excellent! The rooms may be small, but they
have everything you need. Even though you share a bathroom, everything
is kept very clean.
The fresh bread at breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed the very good cup of coffee each morning.
The staff were excellent and also very professional.
One should remember that this hotel is in the middle of the old town. So there is a lot of noise at night from people in the bars. But with earplugs, this is not a major issue. . all reviews »
Room very beautiful. I was surprised by the elegance and the cleanliness, not to mention the superb peculiarity of each room. A different style was chosen for each room according for the country assigned at every place. Say, Japan will have a more Japan style furniture. Excellent position.
It is a very cozy place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the location is excellent, especially for that price. It has been my second stay at Hotel Otter, and would stay there again.
The hotel was located in the old city and very close to tram, supermarket, restaurants. The staff was very helpful and willing to provide good advice.
