Everything! It is a fab little hotel, I would highly reccommend it. Especially the junior suite. It is perfect for romantic breaks! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It is spotlessly clean. Just a shame it is in such a boring city..!!. The hotel is very neat and modern, situated at the city center. Theyprovide free internet access, and a computer to use in the hotel-restaurant room. The value for money ratio is very good.

The cords would fall out of the hand sets, the button to hang up was so close to the ear piece that it hung up if you trned you head, and there was no redial or speaker phone. Also they could use greater fax capacity for the buiness traveler.Old fashion, paid additional CHF100 per person for New Year's Day for the same room - the only difference is a three additional items on the breakfast buffet. Same room that we stayed in suddenly cost more just because it is New Year - ridiculous. Impossibly noisy when windows open (and there is no air-conditioning...) and the beautiful room was really tiny,. The bathroom shower door needs fixing. It would be good if there were some flowers or some personal touch to the room (e.g. paintings, etc.). The rooms are spacious but bland and too anonymous. The pillows are not that comfortable. But the staff is very helpful. Expensive. Rooms did not have air conditioning-uncomfortable during hot summer nights. Rooms did not a work desk / table - for business guests this would be crucial since need to be able to sit down and work.
