180 degrees view. Also the views on the mountains (I.E. Rigi,

The hotel has an amazing view on the lake, it's probably one of the best view points in Vitznau.
The staff was very friendly! Particular thanks to the receptionist from Berlin (he's excellent example of a customer service)! I will definitely come back and will recommend this place to my friends.

Wonderful friendly staff, great service. We were given separate rooms with no surcharge and without really even asking as there were no twin beds available. Great fireplace and bar!
Restaurant was delicious, and service excellent. Complimentary espresso/coffee and tea throughout day. -

This was a really "cool" hotel! My husband and I stayed with our 9 year old and 15 year old, and all of us loved it. The amenities were amazing - the pool was heated with relaxing music and modern lighting. The spa area was great - sauna, steam room, relaxing room, etc. The rooms had a playstation 3 and an iPod dock/stereo. - Very fun hotel. i

The hotel staff was very helpful, they picked us from the train station and gave us rides to town on a few days. They also organized the stay for our 1yr old daughter well with baby cot in the room and baby chair always waiting at our table. View from the hotel is fantastic. -
