We weren't quite sure what to expect as we had not stayed in a hostel before. No problems though - the rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our one night's passing stay. Excellent.

My stay was during the very dead season and during my first of two nights I was the only guest. None the less, the proprietor saw that I was well taken care of in simple, yet meticulously clean and well cared for premises. Hospental is a very small village in the middle of nice pastoral scenery, yet has hourly train service in each direction. -
