In this case, please press the button number 3 on the key pad and the pole will be opened. You will then reach the garage of the hotel after 20 metres (address: Via Giuseppe Motta 5). Please note that dogs weighing 20 kg or less can be accommodated in the hotel; a daily cleaning charge applies. Upon check-in, your pet will receive its own bed, bowls, and free treats. Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room, but a special table can be arranged in the lobby to have breakfast in the company of your dog. In public areas, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. You can reach the hotel from the train station with a 2-minute funicular ride. The funicular runs between 05:00 and 00:00 and takes you to Piazza Cioccaro. - On the A2 motorway, use the Lugano Nord exit and follow the signs for the train station.
- After the train station, after the roundabout proceed on Via Maraini.
- After 600 metres turn left into via Motta (which is recognisable from the covered parking signpost).
- Drive to the end of the street and arrive at Piazza Cioccaro.

Arriving from the South:
- Exit the A2 motorway at Lugano Sud and at the first light turn left into via Calloni.
- Continue straight past the next two lights and after approximately 100 metres turn right into via Motta (which is recognisable from the covered parking signpost).
- Drive to the end of the street and arrive at Piazza Cioccaro.

Get off the train and get right on the funicular, which brings you to our hotel in just one minute.

If you arrive by airplane:
If you plane lands at Milano-Malpensa international airport or at Lugano regional airport, it is extremely easy to reach us by using a comfortable shuttle-bus service to reach the city of Lugano.
