Chic design, cleaniness and proximity to everything in Lugano. Close to the tram which connect to the train station. Parking is not on site but is conveniently close. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Stepped off the train and onto the funicular. The hotel was steps from funicular stop. No dragging heavy luggage a long distance. Rooms were fresh and clean. Staff were really pleasant and location was excellent for Lugano centre. Definitely recommended and would stay here again!.
