It is a great hotel with very efficient, friendly staff. The rooms are very well kept, the beds have crip linen, the bathrooms are spanking new. We really enjoyed every bit of our stay. The views from different points in the hotel are breath taking. We were delighted with the choice we made. All your staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The Spa was excellent and thank you for the upgrade to the Mountain view room. Hotel was well maintained and in lovely condition. Highly recommend your hotel and have recommended on Tripadvisor,.

Inadequate number of staff, particularly in the evenings. Trainees are unhelpful, and actually give incorrect answers. Single room was rather small with an extremely small bathroom. A bit too hot throughout the hotel - but is that bad thing when there's 60 cms of snow and its minus 5 c. Could do with more than two big comfy chairs in the lounge. Very small rooms with - not what one expects from a 4star hotel. The bathroom was uncomfortably small. You could hear everything through the walls. The rooms were fine, just not great for the views that existed around it.
