We actually stayed at the Petit Palace Mayor Plaza twice during the month. Our first stay in the room 701 was absolutely great. Nice shower, hair-dryer and a beautiful balcony. Our second stay was for one night only, so we had a room on the first floor, which was quite noisy (next to the stairs, reception and street noise).Excellent location, extremely helpful staff, very good furnishing; computer available in the room! One remark - the shower was splashing water all around the bathroom. It's very centrally located and the staff was pleasant. This place also boasts the only king-sized bed (meaning, not single beds pushed together) during my stay in Spain.the location , the design of the rooms , friendly reception, the personal touch on new year's eve ie the 12 grapes, biscuits and a mini bottle of cava. Rooms are in excellent condition and the power showers are great. Computer in the rooms very useful.Excellent location. We did not have breakfast because there were a lot of possibilities around the hotel, so we cannot comment that. the corner room we had was small , the ventilation in the bathroom is not adequate.Resteraunt staff could not speak any English. Difficulty communicating with staff at times. We reported that a bedside light was out on the day we arrived; it was nerver repaired. Our room safe didn't work. I could not locate information regarding hotel policy and called the front desk to inquire whether there was a charge for local calls.uncomfortable bed and strange smell from the bathroom. Smelly bathrom. Think they had a problem with the sewage system. And no room service possible.Not suitable for singles , after paying the same price as a couple the breakfast offer of 2X1 added insult to injury.
