Location was excellent, close to Mercado San Miguel (strongly
recommend going there for food) and several tourist attractions like
the Palacio Real and Plaza Mayor. Walking distance to Gran Via for
shopping (aprox 10 mins). People at the lobby were very helpful and
with a great attitude.

everything is just fine.
Proximity to the main cultural areas & tourist transport. Very close
to Palace & gardens as well as Plaza Mayor, shops, bars etc. NEAR TO THE CENTER.
Hot water wasn't enough for three of us in a 4-person apartment.
The third person would have to shower with cold water. It was very
hard to find the hotel, since it has a big sign of Hostal Mairu and
not of Apartments km1. Taxi driver couldn't find the hotel, left
us two blocks away so we had to find our way through google maps. The
entrance to the building is really old. However, for the price, it is
definitely worth it.

the wifi is soooooo weak.
Very cramped for 3 people. Photograph when arranging accomodation was
taken with a very creative lens making it look much bigger. TOO MUCH NOISE.
