After missing my transatlantic flight, I booked a room at the Best Western and the staff was so accomodating. The continental breakfast was delicious and it's really close to the airport, with a free shuttle service. This hotel brightened my day and I would recommend it to anyone. The staff was extremely helpful, the surroundings were peaceful and close enough to the Metro for me to get to Madrid without having to be in the heart of the hustle and bustle. Great room.

The staff helped us cleaning it and it didn´t flood again. The restaurant (formerly on the top floor) was unavailable for dinner due to remodeling.Shuttle bus only runs 6am until midnight. The breakfast was a bit on the skimpy side. The hot dishes that were provided ran out quickly and they were not replaced regularly. The dining area was not cleaned well.The front desk staff could have been more helpful. Coffee machine needed refilled - tea ok. Lights very bright in room - no means of dimming.During the first visit there was no note pad in the room to make notes.For the breakfast suggest keep tea bags also. small size of rooms and beds---but I understand this is standard for this country. minor: small room. rooms a littly bit small. We had not put it on and if it goes off every night at the same time,people are woked up in the middle of the nicht. we told them in the reception.no refreshment facilities on late arrival. No bar at night. The cafe in the hotel seemed closed, it was advertised that there was tea and coffee available but I could not find it. When booking, there was no information that one has to call the hotel to request the airport shuttle for pickup from the airport. Quite inconvenient.Internet did not work well in our room. It worked in the stairwell. small room for the price,too warm because no aircon,not very good television quality.Small rooms and Beds..wish it had 2 fulls at least, but its common for europe. I stayed in a room at the sixth floor. However elevator only went to fifth floor and I had to find a dark staircase and climb it with my luggage. This included opening four or five doors on my way - not very practical with a heavy suitcase.Room was tiny, but that was to be expected. Room was cold when I entered, but it heated up during the night. No thermostat control. Breakfast was pretty weak, but again, I didn't expect much.
