We could ask any question about the city or anything else, and the receptionist would explain everything in a polite way.   I can not praise this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived Dragan and his staff did everything possible to make our stay as welcoming as it could be. When one of our group was unwell on the second day, a member of staff even called by the room to see if they were okay. Eight of us stayed for 2 nights and loved our stay. For the price we paid, this has to be the most value for - Second time here so was hoping not to be let down. Nice big room, plenty of space, balcony as well. Comfy bed but lumpy pillows!. Breakfast a la carte and really good, cooked fresh, good coffee. Dragan the manager is the Fontana, he makes you feel welcome and helps with any problems. As the weather was unseasonably warm I got an offer of my clothes being laundered gratis! Much appreciated. All in all, a really good choice, great location, nice atmosphere, good hospitality. I was going to the exit festival and it was minutes walk from the venue. staff were extremely friendly. This hotel is bang in the city centre yet on a very quiet street. Staff were great. I didn't make breakfast any morning so can't comment. Over all a joy to stay at this hotel

We had reservation for the only suit they had but it got flooded from rain and we got two big two bedroom rooms that were spacious and facing eachother. Aircontitioning functioned. I had a room with balcony facing garden area, the balcony was wonderful! Good size room, Nice comfortable bed. Also had car service from Belgrade Airport, 50 euro, but DEFINITELY WORTH IT!!!! I was moving from India so I had 3 large suitcases ~ the airport car was a GREAT PLUS!

  Very helpful, friendly and English speaking staff. Clean, comfortable rooms in the center of Novi Sad, good breakfast.
