I loved the lounge area as I could always meet my friends there for a drink or coffee and we could sit there any time of the day and night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable and safe as I could leave my Cell phone unattended on charge for hours in the lounge area and no one would touch it. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who stays in Novi Sad as the hotel is central and it is in the heart of all the stunning clothing shops and it's a street away fro.
all reviews » The location was perfect. I was going to the exit festival and it was minutes walk from the venue. staff were extremely friendly. This hotel is bang in the city centre yet on a very quiet street. Staff were great. I didn't make breakfast any morning so can't comment. Over all a joy to stay at this hotel. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is close to everything you need such as shops, markets, cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs, pharmacy's, etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a decent size and have comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly and most helpful. The location was great, close to everything yet no noise in the room from the streets at night. Overall a great place and good value for money. I'm not a big fan of breakfast but the boiled eggs literally bounced off the floor they were so hard (I checked :) Would love to see fried bacon, fried tomatoes and a slice of toast next time. almost transparent window in a bathroom wall just in front of a bed. If you're not a couple it can be confusing. parking is limited. I can't say what I didn't like. Because I'd seen all negative comments in the review before I booked. (Most of them happened for real hahahaha..) But comparing with its location and price, it was acceptable for me. House keeping seriously needs attention, air-con faulty. Breakfast, room cleanliniess.
