Just about everything!Staff were friendly and helpful, and upgraded my room to a double at no extra charge! Free water and juice in room, and coffee free in the breakfast area. Nice size room, and very comfy bed. Nice decor throughout. Can't comment on breakfast as I didn't opt for it, but it looked to be standard European fare. Very close to Old Town Square, great bar at weekends, very comfortable rooms, great price, great for groups of friends. If you're staying Sunday to Thursday, good for couples with the four poster beds.

Didn't bother me too much, but not good if you have a disability. I was offered help with carrying luggage though. There is some noise from the nightclub downstairs, not too loud, but it may bother some people, especially in summer if maybe you open the windows. If you're staying Thursday, Saturday or Sunday, look elsewhere if you're expecting to go to sleep early in the lower number rooms (1,2,3, etc..). Breakfast too expensive! Room a bit too small. Some rooms right above the disco. Breakfast only for salty lovers.. no dislikes. WIFI: it works really bad. Terrible steps (83 steps to reception with some corridors). Unnecessary lions in the cornbers of the bed, you always stike your legs and foots in a small room as there is no enough space. Hard to resist without airconditioning in summer. No elevator. No fridge, no air-condition. We upgraded to a suit as we thought we was getting a bigger shower, on arrives we was disappointed as it was a shower same size as all the rest of the rooms, so was very unsure what we upgraded to ???. Comfort is ok but needs to improve. Under the hotel there is a Club, which was playing a very loud music for most of the night - because of this I didn't have a chance to rest until late morning. Internet connection is worst I've seen in Poznan, so consider you don't have connection while you are staying there; No restaurant/lobby bar, only breakfasts are served; Long walk from entrance to the hotel rooms itself (2 long stairs, so if you a a woman with luggage, then don't stay there). Smelly bath that should be cleaned better. We covered a drain on the floor with a towel because it reeked. The hospitality could be better. We didn't feel very welcome when the young brunette didn't even get up to welcome us, but sat by the computer and refused to come over when I asked her to read my name on my phone. I slept with open window and it was loud outside.
