Excellent staff. Excellent food; both breakfast and dinner outstanding. Location right on old Rynek (main market square). Modern well furnished rooms with good bathrooms and comfortable beds. Despite being right in the city centre, had no problems with noise. Thoroughly recommended. Oh, and their beer is wonderful. It is in the central square which is very attractive. There is a very good quality, lively and very popular restaurant and they brew their own beer which was good, but we did not hear any noise from any of it - our rooms were quiet. Beds good. Staff good and breakfast excellent. We would happily return.
all reviews » Great location. Super friendly and helpful reception staffs. The breakfast is nice at an elegant restaurant setting. The dinner at the restaurant is one of the best we had. Our room on the back is very quiet. The friendly reception staff made our stay wonderful. Hotel in the most excellent of locations on the old town square. There is a very good restaurant where they also brew their own quality beer. We had a deluxe room at the rear but have had a room in the past overlooking the square. Take your choice. The large room with tall ceiling, very good air conditioning, quiet sleep, excellent bathroom with large shower cabin and excellent service to replace towels and sheets regularly. Wi-fi in the room / hotel. Hotel brewed beer excellent. A large appartment with a nice bedroom and separate room with lounge and TV. View over the old square of Poznan. Nice beer from the in-house brewery. Fantastic location, still very silent at night in Our room. We booked the apartment which was situated on the top floor of the hotel. It was lovely and spacious. There was plenty choice at breakfast from the buffet plus hot cooked food at your request. Great location. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food and beer from the hotels own brewery. All round good. ideal location. Everything!. Some rooms are up many steps and there is no lift. The shower cubicle has nowhere to put down the soap or shampoo so not a lot of dislikes. Could have had some tissues provided. Wi-fi had to be re-logged in every hour. Restaurant food very good but slightly too peppery. Beware that there is no elevator in this hotel. Our appartment was on the top floor (the 3rd) so we walked up and down several times a day (which was good exercise too). No mini bar in room (but free bottles of water every day). Mostly Polish TV channels. Apartment would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems as there is no lift and there are 85 steps over 3 floors. The service in the restaurant wasn't the best, as we had a rude waiter (maybe it was a stressy night, but that should not matter). nothing. Everything was excellent. No lift ,difficult for my elderly mother but she did manage the stairs but could be difficult if you have mobility problems. The tiles at the bottom of the shower cubicle could have done with a deep clean, but otherwise the room was spotless. Nothing!. The only negative part was that to enter the staircase you had to go through the restaurant very loud and full of people in the evening and we had a view on the roof tops of some backyard. We stayed in Room 11 which was next to the office did find it noisy during the night. Although the bar areas were very popular with locals, you could say it was the place to be on a midweek night, it is fitted out in a modern style and this is not for me in an Old Town setting. No parking facility. could be a bit cheaper.. There were stairs-no lift. For me that was hard. The FREE Wi-Fi disconnected after one hour-just a small nuisance. NO English entertainment channels just 2 News channels-everything else was dubbed-ugh!. there are no lifts in this hotel. just could not find the elevator... no elevator. Service in the outside bar in the square slow. Selection of TV channels limited (only sky news available) View from room (4) overlooked industrial brewery plant. Had to climb four flights of stairs and walk through restaurant to get to our room, not too much of a problem, but would have been for an elderly person. Not much of a range of hot food at breakfast, there was only sausages and streaky bacon when we stayed. No tea and coffee making facility in the room. When I phoned reception to arrange for morning tea to be brought to the room, nobody answered the phone. Our room had a terrible view. 2nd floor without elevator. no elevator. Small cramped room. No lift and many stairs. Need to walk through a bar/restaurant to access room. Nothing, if not a little expensive though. Room 11 is next to a storage room so found it noisey with doors banging all hours.
