The staff, location and price were beyond excellent. My wife needed headache tablets at 1:00 am and they were made available immediately. The Hostel is at the very center of Poznan's city nightlife yet the room was as silent as if it were in the country. Room facilities were excellent with a fantastic shower and free tea and coffee. The room was also stylish and clean. We were told that breakfast was between 7 & 11 am but we needed to leave early at 6:30 am so the staff especially prepared .
all reviews » Location was excellent, meters from the main square where we spent most of the trip. The room was clean with a comfy bed and a powerful shower. There was a large selection of free tea and coffee in reception which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good value, served from 7am - 11am: cheese, meats, rolls, breads, yogurts and cereal all for about €2. Late check-out time (midday) was also a nice bonus. Excellent location just a few steps from main square in the Old Town. Great number of places to eat and drink around. Room was really nice - spacious, clean, bed was super comfy and we had view on one of main sidewalks in Old Town. Perfect if you have just one-two days for sightseeing so you don't have to waste time for transportation because everything is in walking distance. right in the center of Poznan and only a few feet away from the old town which allows you to experience the day and night atmosphere. lots of different restaurants cafes and bars along with lots of nice parks and only a tram or bus ride away from lake malta, the zoo and other attractions. the staff are very friendly and ready with help whenever you need it. The location is great, very busy street in the heart of Old Poznan, wether to go party or go sight seeing, you're a few meters from everything. Staff is very friendly (they walked me to my room, that's a 1st), room is clean and confortable, windows sound-proofed, nice breakfast buffet. I was very happy with my choice. Really friendly, helpful staff. Newly decorated rooms tastefully presented and themed to the films of Roman Polanski. We were in 'The Pianist'. Only a stone's throw from the Town Square and close to a tram stop. We enjoyed the location. It was easy to reach places, on foot or by tram. It was quiet, the noise outside was not disturbing. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The breakfast was varied and good. Can get noisy late at night though the windows were able to block out most of it, being summer it became uncomfortable to do this. the room seemed a little on the dark side. Can't think of anything... Walls inadequately soundproofed. Could hear every sound from the adjoining room. (And I mean every sound!). Quite dark place, renovation was not finished so there was dust everywhere. Shower could be cleaner, as well as the bathroom floor. The building is under reconstruction - noisy during the day. Also no sign of the hostel on the building. It might be a bit noisy in midnight, as some pubs close by. There are no towels in rooms, but it's hostel :). - Sometimes toilet tisues were missing - no room cleaning during the stay. The common room isn't so big, so not so much atmosphere there, but that's not really a big complaint for me. I wasn't travelling alone, and didn't need to meet people. No elevator Noisy neighborhood at night. Poor breackfast. N/A. There were no curtains in the room so all the time was light. Noisy at night, both inside the hostel and outside on the street. nothing. No elevator. Every thing was perfect and im so happy but one think i didnt like is the bathroom smell its so clean but maybe the shampoo smell is not good or to strong i dont know exactly. Thank u. Parking was not easy but solved by the staff. very noisey location. Was placed in a room just next to one that was being refurbished, hence suffered from early morning noise. Lack of common space but that's apparently under way.
