What I liked best about Don Prestige Residence is the location. The hotel is situated in an area that enables you to walk to most of the tourist destinations; especially the proximity to the Main Square. The room was clean and the breakfast was sufficient. The staff was helpful and spoke English well. Excellent location, few minutes from the old town and few from Stary Browar the famous mall. Breakfast was very good and the stuff so friendly! Room nice and clean, I would recommend Don Prestige to anyone whould like to stay in Poznan.

My colleague and I have spent nearly six weeks in this hotel over the last six months. Great location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, good value for money. We stayed in the superior double room which met the best European standards. We were very happy with our hotel choice and strongly recommend it. Unbeatable location, two minute walk to the Rynek, private parking inside building. Large room, modern design, good beds, quality toiletries.Very good breakfast with healthy options and service. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpfull. The food was excellant in the hotel for breakfast and for the resturant. although something lighter for lunch time would have been nice. The room was large,with new furniture and looked quite luxurious compared to the expectations, more like a 5 star room. Breakfast was pretty impressive,with a lot of variety. The only problem I had was during my stay for a couple of hours the elevators were not working and I was on the top floor. *The fitness room could use some weights or a machine for resistance training. It didn't bother us and we slept. very well but the double bed seems to be somewhat .smaller then what we use too It might be an issue for a 'big' couple so in that case I would suggest to ask for a room with a larger bed. The trams outside can be quite noisy so I always sleep with ear plugs. In room safe box would be nice to have. It was pretty cold in the room and there was no way to fix that. Wifi slightly patchy in my room but better in rest of hotel. Must use to the trams its a city. if its gonna b your first visit n you drive，then you might feel a little bit hard to find. there are other companies which use the same building. wifi was a bit slow. We were charged £18 more for the rate of exchange than your web site quoted when we booked our 2 rooms. the doors... many of the room doors "not fitted properly and close with a bang" and then there are a series of inner doors before your hotel door reached that don't close quietly..guests forget this & the noise is excessively loud. can't think of anything. Breakfast is nothing special I especially miss fresh melon, orange, grapes etc. None. 2 single beds made up as a king sized bed but only a double duvet which did not cover the whole bed. can't think of anything. Internet in room was very poor but good elsewhere in the hotel. no parking space.... was full. Very expensive hotel underground parking but places can be also found on the street. Parking options not weary good. Had to remind them 2 times about cot bed. Very noisy doors on the corridor. Practically I couldn't sleep all night long. Installing selfclosing devices would solve the problem!!. they have many problems with internet, i suffered all time to connect to the free WiFi, pity. Nothing!. problem with parking near hotel. no complains. Nothing, but doors can be noisy. Noise from trams. Shower not working. On sixth floor the room wall is of glass with limited curtain protection. In the morning light wakes you up early.
