Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.

could not have been nicer or more helpful (we had a problem with my
brother arriving from a different destination and missing a plane; we
also changed appartments as the first one was very noisy with a night
club opposite). The flats were very spacious and ideal for small groups
of people. Value for money was superb for property right in the centre
of the town.

The staff, led by Joanna Domanska - Duty Manager, were exceptionally supportive and friendly during this episode. We loved the old-fashioned, refined ambience of the place. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Separate living room and bedroom and our own balcony with an excellent view. The staff spoke flawless English and were very accommodating. The room was very clean and modern with brilliant self-catering facilities. The breakfast was fantastic as it was very traditional and in plentiful supply. - I stayed there with my sister for three night and found that the staff were lovely always polite and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble i would certainly recommend the hotel.
