The Hotel location is unbeatable, right across the square from the train station; and 10 minutes walk from the main square of the old town. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. The hotel looks very new and is superbly designed. Very comfortable, very modern, breakfast was included in our rate and was very good value. I'd stay at this hotel if comming back to Cracow, definetly. One of our party took ill and had to be taken to hospital. The staff, led by Joanna Domanska - Duty Manager, were exceptionally supportive and friendly during this episode. Our rooms were very comfortable and the spacious, well maintained modern bathroom was particularly appreciated. Breakfast arrangements were good and catered for a wide range of tastes and appetites.

We could not fault it at all and would definately stay there again. Everything, the staff couldn't do enough for you. Not a dislike - just a minor inconvenience that we have raised previously - there is only one easy chair in the bedroom.The air conditioning was difficult to manage - it wasn't on high enough and if left on would come on noisily during the night and I couldn't turn it off and had to get help from the desk. The shower didn't drain properly and flooded the bathroom floor, and the TV remote control didn't work. We were told we would have free internet access but had to pay for this. It was very easy to flood the bathroom when taking a shower.Breakfast, no muesli on offer. Yes there was no bathroom. Room needed painting badly. It made an otherwise excellent room look shabby. food was nearly all polish food. The only thing that bother me was the complete lack of closet space to hang up clothing - this ment we had to live out of our suitcases for the 4 days. No drawers in the room,. Somehow the temperature control was not working, Internet is expensivealmost 18 $ per hour,, while other close hotels offer it for free,.
