Have stayed several times and have enjoyed my stay on every occasion. Staff are very fiendly and hotel is run efficiently. Also, the hotel in in an ideal location. Convenience of location to the Central Station, City Centre and the Red Light District. Very down-to-earth staff and nice bar.the plasma lcd tv color and the hundred of beer.!A++. excellent location. The location is excellent as it is just 2 minutes from Centraal Station. The staff were friendly and the room clean and tidy. location and breakfast accomodations. Good size rooms, central location. great friendly staff. Good and friendly bar on the ground floor. Shared bathrooms and showers were clean and fine. Also, location very close to the train station which was a big point for me as we had an early train to catch. easy to get to by train. 2 minutes walk to hotel. middle of the town.hotel staff was friendly. we had a key to get in the building at any time.Location of this hotel is great. Room was small but sufficient, and the bar was an excellent way to start and end each day. felt secure, we could come and go as we pleased, central to city. Ease of access from the train station. Friendly staff. Great central location, friendly staff. location. Hot showers, as the weather was really cold. Room was always warm.team hotel have an efficient work, the hotel place is very nice. I like their services and their small but quiet environment.every thing ,we had a very enjoyable stay. Cheap, clean, friendly. The bar... Another excellent stay at this hotel. The only complaint being that the 'Honeymoon Suite' was a little to small!!. Easy to find. Close to everything. Excelent and friendly staff.Very good location, close to Central Station, many restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. how close it was to the trainstation and city centre. The Breakfast!. Location was excellent and bar downstairs was good fun. some people from the stuff and the bar!!!. conveniently situated. very centrally! Close to the main attraction RDA!. It´s closed to railway station. It was ok for a one star hotel. Its was in a central position. quiet. The location to the train station, coffee shops, red light area and the damrak means you can get around and see all quite easily. The price was low. The staff was helpful and friendly. the friendly staff.Location and it is relatively cheap for location (around 40 euros an night for a single room). I found the breakfast really good and the location brilliant, very practical. Very steppy stair. Could not shut my bedroom window at night. Got bitten by flies at night. The cat drink and eat on the tables in the hotel...bleeah!!. mattress was average. Too much noise from the street since the hotel is on one of the busiest street in Amsterdam. It would be perfect if a better sound-proof window is used. It is not a matter of like or dislike but as with so many Amsterdam buildings, the stairs are very, very steep. If you have problems navigating stairs, try somewhere else as there are no rooms on the ground level.we was on the top floor but we got used of going up and down the stairs. no tea and cofee making facilities. Horrible stairs, exhausting!. Our room was couple of blocks from the hotel, close to a very noisycorner and then at least a window seal should be better. Squalid floorand curtain. We were given a room on the top floor, up three flights of very steep narrow stairs. If we had been warned about this we would have taken two smaller cases instead of the one large case. no inroom bath. hard pillow. Alot of steep stairs to the bedrooms, and requested a double and received 2 singles. The breakfast included in the price is awful so i went out for it instead and the fact that they lock the doors at 4am was very annoying.Didn't like the fact that we were put in a building a few yards from the hotel - an annex to hotel. Felt a bit shuffed out the way and not part of the actual hotel. Also asked for double room and got 2 small single beds. noisy in the morning. the room is not confortable, smells bad and you can hear everybody go upstairs. Breakfast was too poor (but again it's a one star hotel). The rooms where basic with no tv or coffee making facilities/ items andit was very noisy location. The windows though double glazed still allow all the the street noise through and the rooms are very much dormatory style.OK for lads jolly weekends. It was a walk up three narrow flights of stairs. that was diffcult with a suitcase. One bedsheet was ripped. The room was so small I could not open my suitcase on the floor. I asked for a non-smoking room. The room had an ashtray in it. I thought there a bath in the room, but there was not. being on the top floor as i have an injury that made it very uncomfortable for me going up and down, lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room.the hotel was a tad overpriced for what it is. there was blood on the wall by our bed, hair on one of the pillowcases, we shared shower/toilet -hostel style.
