I was moving to Amsterdam and had lots of special needs. Hotel Janson's staff were super helpful at all times and handled every request smoothly. nice to get a good breakfast. The best hands down service ever. The staff is the kindest. It's not ahotel, it's like being at home with your parents. Expensie for what youget, but the service is a smart call. "Janson"!! Best area of town too,museumplein.

Poor value for money but then this seems to be the case for most hotels in Amsterdam. room and furniture is to old. Hotel room hygiene need to be improved. Toilet not enough only 1 toilet in the hotel.Room was too small and facilities substandard. The room rate was too high for available features. The hotel was old, no facilities (Breakfast had to be served in our room, late) we did not take the free breakfast on the second day, thin walls(heard everything from our neighbour, not nice), our friends had to change rooms mid way through their booking. The hotel was far too expensive for what it offered. You would not want to spend time at the hotel, other than as a place to sleep that's all.This place was so poor that it cannot be described as a hotel and Iwould strongly recommend you drop it from your index.
