My room was comfortable and clean. The window opened. I had cable television. The breakfast was great every morning and the serving staff was friendly. The location was in a safe, quiet residential neighbourhood very near the Museumplein and tram services. Paper napkins andcloths of finest quality, bright and inviting in din, rm.food good assortment, yogurt the very best, granola also.

The hotel was small, so I had the opportunity to meet the staff and owners - they knew me by face, and I them as well. The building itself was in immaculate condition. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood block, close to several trolley lines, and in easy distance from the Concert Gebauw, the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum. The safety vault was broken, the remote control for the TV was missing, and there was no follow-up from hotel staff after we complained.
