  I found the people were very friendly and I felt I received good value for my money. Having bikes for free use was a definite plus as it is easy to get to the ruins, beach and downtown by bike. The Tulum ruins are a must see. It is such a great cobination of a park and ruins. Very different from other ruins. I also toured - The hotel has a good location (very close to the ruins, quite close to the town and also to the beach). Free bikes are great to have to move around. And we liked very much the bread at breakfast. Cosy spacious room, good air conditioning, big beds. well wroking wifi in the room. Nice outside sitting, pizza offered at the evenings.

  Very friendly staff who really made you feel welcome, So nice even when we were supposed to check out, we could leave our bags and go to a cenote and when we came back they offered us towels and the ability to shower. Very thoughtful! Coozy hotel with lovely lighting in the evenings, pool area seems small at first but it was really "bigger than y... what people say » ou thought", with bubbly jacuzzi part of the pool. Rooms were nice and cleaned, good wifi all over the hotel so you could sit in the pool and surf :) - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and lovely. It was a great city location, nice and quiet but close to good restaurants, shopping and night life. The staffs reccommedations of restaurants were great. It's a cheap cab ride to the ruins and the beach. The hotel will rent bikes which is a great way to get to the beach.

  I would definitely stay here again. The staff was amazing,the beach pristine, rooms are charming and spacious, beds are comfortable, yoga classes also a plus. The restaurant overlooks the beach, ambiance there is just lovely and coffee is really good. Staff at the restaurant work really hard and really make you feel at home. Traveled solo, always felt safe, had a ceiling fan and a portable fan, stayed in Gaia cabana which is closer to the road,b - Upon arrival the staff greeted us and introduced themselves. The atmosphere was laid back and the staff really made you feel at home. Everyone was do sweet and friendly. The owner Karla was very gracious, introducing herself to patrons and gave us reccomendations on what to do/see, etc. The staff feels like family. Not stuffy and the grounds are beautifully kept. The restaurant has a nice variety of things to eat and they have a brick pizza oven. Also, The wifi was great and kept me connected.

  Nice and quiet spot, bit far away from the beach but that's no issue if you have a bike, if not, taxis are cheap and everywhere. We felt at home and decided spontaneously to stay one more day which was no problem at all even if we got the last room so the hotel was fully booked. Very nice hosts! The rooms are spacious, with the very pretty locally-painted washbasins, lovely hot shower, & hammocks in addition to the conventional b - The staff was extremely accommodating of my requests (decorating our room with balloons and making a birthday cake for my friend's birthday before our arrival). The facilities were very clean, breakfast included was an excellent perk. (although service was always a bit slow so not for those that are in a rush!).
