Very comfortable bed and room, and it is very convinient as it located at the 'Osaka Akihabara" area, lots of food, and most important, 15 minutes walking distance to the famous fresh market "黑門", whereby can enjoy cheaper Kobe Beef and delicious sashimi. Very friendly staff! Good location, near to Nipponbashi Station and Namba Station (Namba station has a direct train to Kansai Airport). Also near shopping areas like Namba Park, Namba City etc. Clean rooms.

Very friendly staff, great location, not too much noise, a lot of comfort for the price. Will definitely go there next time I'm in Osaka. This was what they call a traditional Japanese hotel. Not the american version. Doors are shorter, bathrooms closer. It was clean, well kept. Just not a modern hotel as Americans are use to. Close to Namba station (which is however not the JR Namba, which is my own mistake), fairly big room, convenient location. room is slightly spacious than some hotels I have stayed in Japan. Friendly & thoughtful staff. Walking distance to Dotonbori and Subway (Nipponbashi & Nanba stations). its good. Location. In morning unable to switch on warm air-conditional, even it is very cold. One unusual feature of the rooms here is that the toilets are elevated above the rest of the room, and you have to ascend one very high step before you can move from the room into the toilet (might be difficult for those who are less mobile). The bathtub is also quite steep to get in. That's about the only thing we found inconvenient, every other thing was just great and our stay was really value-for-money. Wifi at lobby was not working for me, I could assess to the internet only with the router I brought. No wifi, only LAN in the room. Only cable internet on the rooms. it was very nice. The drainage of bathtub is not very well. After I have a bath, the water is everywhere on the floor. nothing much that i don't like. Entrance was difficult to find initially. Signage was small. none. Size of the rooms is small. Staff doesn't speak much english. Bed was a bit hard. curfew- no in and out the hotel between 1-5 am. The room lighting is not enough, some of the conner too dark. Tv was small, like 19" flat panel, no coffee in the room, only tea. Slightly old facilities, room was quite dark. no bidet for the toilet. The Bath tub is small. Wastage of water while trying to get the correct temperature when 'tuning' both cold & hot water taps. Inconvenient to climb the stairs to lobby at 2/f for old people with knee problem. Old elevator does not have sensor. Lift access is only from the first floor and not ground level. Not accessible by wheelchair or baby strollers. It was a bit old It also had no wifi in the rooms u had to go to the lobby for that.
