Really central location (10 minutes walk to the really busy district of Dotonburi at night) for this budget chain hotel. Good quality/price ratio if you spend one or 2 nights in osaka (not more, rooms are without window so can sound dark), Japanese breakfast is free of charge and staff is helpful, despite some difficulties to talk in english. Convenient password system for doors, no need for keys/cards. Elevator from street entrance goes straight up to the rooms, no need to go through the lobby. Excellent location. Big and comfortable bed in the single room. Clean and quiet.
