Nice ,fairly new hotel.location is good. 10 minute walk to herbis hotel where the airport limo bus station is. (Most convenient from kix airport as opposed to train where you have to change train)Below is dojima underground shopping center leading to all train stations and a lot of shops and restos.About 15 min walk to osaka station. Room-wise is ok for the price. Booked 2 single bed room which had a pullout sofa bed.over all it is a very good hotel and i would highly recommend it. all reviews »
The very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman who received us at the front desk. Though the room was a little small and there was no place to put more than a piece of luggage, it was very comfortable. Some thought has been given to ensure that the guests enjoy their stay: the pajamas and pretty slippers. Have been sharing with relatives and friends of this excellent hotel in Umeda.
- Clean room, fairly spacious for Japan.
- Location near station is good for traveling to other cities. Subway is also nearby. There are many restaurants, bakeries and bars in the area above ground and below.
- Rate seemed reasonable for quality.

Walking underground from the Osaka JR station we had to ask several people to help us with directions. Luckily we met a stationmaster who told us to exit at C84. Perhaps the tourist info in the station can be briefed on how to get to each hotel on foot.
- Taxi driver did not know how to get there. It's aggravating after trans-Pacific flight. This is typical in Japan. Print a large map for driver. Address system is not always helpful.
