Be One was central and easy to find. The staff were more than welcoming and helpful in offering recommendations of what to see and do including maps. We went to ufizzi gallery and academia which were both within 5 mins walk. The room was clean and tasteful. Think Fendi furniture and bright white comfy linens. Lots of mirrors and enough space to get our suitcase out of sight. The bathroom was modern with a rain shower. The seal wasn't quite right so leaked a bit but nothing to get too upset abo.

The comfort of the rooms and the layout are exceptional and the beds and pillows....best sleep we had while we were away! I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Don't be worried about the entry in there, the building is big with a lot of other things going on not just the hotel, the hallway to Be One is a little concerning and you begin to wonder what you . We had a wonderful stay at Be-One - the location is fantastic, the accomodation excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly (we had not planned anything in Florence and the staff were able to provide us with suggestions for everything). The small extras, such as complimentary fruit and mini-bar, made the stay even more enjoyable. We loved the fact that it is not a large chain-style hotel but is small, initimate and personal. The location is as central as you can get in Florence and perfect for exploring the city by foot. Close to all the good shopping and many good restaurants and cafes. It is a home away from home. There is a short flight of stairs to the elevator to get to the hotel which was unexpected. If you can afford take a room with balcony and view. Nothing I will say that the room we stayed I if you are a larger person the shower was small but perfect for us. This is a minor inconvenience, but cleaning staff never replaced used conditioner - and our fault, we didnt ask as well but this is usually a no brainer. Very small detail for an otherwise wonderful stay!. Weekends are too short... (Just needed floors swept better when room made up, all else amazing!). Only problem was that our room was right next to reception desk so it was a little noisy in the morning. Entrance way leading to hotel is pretty dark. No room for breakfast. Room does not have a kettle and / or the machine. Small space. Nothing. water in the shower goes very slowly,not enough water pressure. This is not a hotel. It is an apartment . Nobody new its location.
