Perfect location. Crawling distance to the Duomo. In the heart of Florence. Loved Lorenzo and his mom Barbara. Very clean, very comfortable and included a lovely self serve breakfast. Wi-Fi was also good. We entered through an unassuming doorway, up a tiny old exposed elevator to a welcoming B&B on the forth floor. Very quaint! I would definitely recommend the Magnifico Messere. The staff is well prepared and open for any flexibility as the client requires. We spoke in Italian, not sure about his other language skills. It is located in the city center, 1 minute from the dom. Breakfast is the simplest Italian - a croissant with a cappuccino at a nearby bar. Pet friendly.
all reviews » Location, location. Walking distance to everything. Friendly hosts. Clean & spacious rooms. There is a kitchen and dining area in the apartment which allowed us to prepare our own food whenever we felt like it. Truly magnificent. The owners made me really feel at home in the middle of busy Firenze. Beautiful room, perfect location, very kind service. I absolutely recommend it!. great service, kind people and the position was excellent-within walking distance to all the main sights. The landlord is very ethusiasm,the room is clean with a public kitchen where there are many free tasty refreshments and water. Very clean and neat, one of the most clean and nice hotel I've ever used in europe. Perfect location, 3 mins walk from Duomo. Loved the super tall ceiling, great size room, central location and view out the window to the top of the Duomo. Nice position, very clean, pics are realistic. Staff is very friendly and always available. Highly reccomended. Fresh fruits, cookies and drinks can be taken from the kitchen everyday. I like everything! Its amazing a kitchen with snaks! Only concern we had was that the 2€ per night per person city tax had to be paid in cash and not on a credit card. Parking is impossible. The area is closed for non-residents, therefore, if you go by car, either you have to leave it for 15 minutes walking distance or in an expensive garage (they come and pick the car up and return in front of the BB). There is much noisy at night at weekend. There is no hotel staff in hotel, although they come as you need something. Tiny bathroom. The noise from the street at night. the room was small and there was a lot of mosquitos. Staff seem not to be helpful and try to avoid doing their best for customer.
