  It was easy to find from Shannon Airport. It was welcoming, warm and the room was spotless and had everything we would want for a very good night's sleep. Staff most helpful. - They allowed me book in before the allocated booking time in order to facilitate a quicker check when I returned to the hotel after midnight to take my room.

  The hotel staff were very pleasant from check in to bar attendance to restaurant. When we checked in to our room it was cold because window had been left open and heating had gone off. The receptionist arranged for a heater to be plugged in and by time we were going to bed our room was lovely and cosy. The rooms were exceptionally nice - bright sp... what people say » acious and nicely decorated. There were lots of areas within the hotel to sit and relax and have a chat. The overall decor throughout the hotel was lo - From the moment we arrived we got the most professional and friendly service from everyone we met from reception to bar staff to dinigroom staff. It set the scene for us. Everything else matched the attitude of the staff.   I fully enjoyed my stay at the hotel, Limerick doesn't offer very muchbut the hotel made the stay amazing and we stayed only for one night.The room is great, the view is marvellous, the spa is so good. We haddinner at the restaurant the evening and enjoyed it all. The staff isvery polite, I would recommend it to everybody, it makes your holidaybett... what people say » er eventhough it is only for one night. - The staff were excellent and the hotel was super. I had a problem the last time I stayed and they dealt with it very well and made me feel like a valued customer. I am very happy to recomend this hotel!

The were so pleasant and good natured .The lady on reception Pauline was so efficient and hard working and willing to accomodate our request for a later than usual check out time.All in all very friendly and the bar food on Saturday was first class. We actually arrived at the wrong Travelodge Hotel not realising there were two in Limerick and the lady at reception sorted out a transfer to the hotel we were at as it was nearer to a conference I was attending.   The welcome on the phone from Brenda was so warm, we were celebrating our Honeymoon and she made me feel we had made the right hotel choice before we even arrived! Our 8th floor room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely thanks to the pianist/singer who was excellent. The rooms were most comfortable. The breakfast was of a high standard. The Hamptons restaurant offered us one of the best dining experiences we have ever had in a hotel. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. I would certainly hope to stay in The Savoy again.

  Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel has limited parking and a deal with the nearby car-park for overnight parking - open 24 hours. Nice bar downstairs, open late for residents. Breakfast included juice and boxed cereals, and an order from a limited menu. I had the mini breakfast which was a small-portions fry up, perfect really as the full Irish... what people say » I always find to be too much food. Cannot remember if there was a vegetarian option. Overall very good value for money and right in the heart of Lime - The staff were amazingly helpful, they couldn't do enough for me and my family. They arranged a car space for my husband and literally stayed on the phone giving him directions to the hotel. One member of staff got into the car with me and personally took me to the car park underground. The staff couldn't do enough for us while we were there. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was very good also.

  The hotel is central , there are plenty of facilities nearby and the city center is only a short walk or busride away. The pool is excellent and stays open late. - friendly staff. the rooms were very clean. swimming pool great for the kids as it wasn't too deep. would recommend this hotel . Food was excellent also.
