I found my stay at the hotel to be a most pleasant one and all the staff were so helpful and pleasant. I'll be coming back again!. The staff have a friendly welcome, the hotel is of a high standard cleanliness and decor,food excellent.The food and comfort and the girls at the desk were pleasent and a nice welcome after a long journey. Charming, great breakfast buffet, reasonable prices, comfortable bed, all facilities functioned well.

Amazing Staff so helpful and friendly. everyone was very helpful and made you feel at home,and a good location for the UCH. Loved the country look about the hotel. Rooms very comfortable. There was a lot of noise from other guests until about 4am smoking outside in the car park. you need a specific smoking area that does not intrude on other guests. food in bar was good but it would have been much nicer to have the use of the dining room.The ambience was poor.Distance from Reception to hotel room. Menu was somewhat dated.the price, it is expensive as they do not have a leisure centre. The carpet in my room was grubby and shower door not long enough - the floor got soaked. However, very insignificant inconvenience.Staff sould be aware of effect of 'loud' wedding guest activity 02.00 -04.30 after disco ended on other residents and take steps to ask for restraint. I would like more vegetarian options with regards to food, especially at lunch time.The quality of the food left a lot to be desired.The service at the bar was poor and distracted. slow service in bar for food/drinks.

From the North on the n7 follow the Limerick signs after Castleconnell start to keep an eye out for the Kilmurry roundabout take the last exit off of this and the hotel entrance is on your right. From the South on the N7 follow the signs for Dublin. After passing the Limerick turnoff look out for the University of Limerick sign. Take this exit and continue to follow the sign for the University of Limerick until you arrive at the Kilmurry Roundabout take the last exit off of this and the hotel entrance is on your right.
