Fantastic value for money with great hospitality from a very well presented and helpful team, looking forward to a return visit. on arrival the staff were very prompt at getting us to our room, the room was beautiful and clean and very comfortable.Yes but alternatively I would probably stay at a hotel that was more conveniently located in Galway City. staff very friendly and hotel very clean..Food and drink well above standard for hotels.

Nice small hotel, peaceful and quiet.staff were very friendly. the rooms were nice. The hot breakfast selection was good with plenty of choice. bar menu was ok. location. Further out of the city than stated it would be a very quiet place for afamily it is in the middle of a housing estate no where to go oranything to do within walking distance. The duvet possibly could have been cleaner. A corner portion was visible through the cover, it looked a bit grubby, and there were hairs on it. But everything else in the room was spotless, so I didn't feel the need to pursue the matter. It was clean but not completely spotless, still v nice though.The sheets were not changed on a daily basis, the beds were just made up again, returned to our room to find old towels had not be replaced with clean ones. everytime we passed reception there was no one on, waiting ages to checki in. The buffet breakfast was not that great. I had booked a double room however when I checked in I was given a twin room, when I made a complaint I was given a double 'smoking' room with a bad stench of cigarettes from the night before even though I had booked a non smoking room. I got the feeling that the receptionist didn't want to go to the bother of looking for another room for us so I left it be. too far from city centre-costly on taxis.
