It was a very pleasant stay and the staff, on the whole, were capable, listening and helpful. We thought that the room was lovely; clean, lovely decor and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean. They have everything ready on our arrival. staff were very friendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food at the ajoining restauarant was good and good value for money. I arrived to find that the "double room" that I had booked was in fact a twin room... when the staff said they would change it, instead of getting a double bed, we still only got 2 twin single mattresses pushed together.2 beds put together was a bit uncomfortable , siad in guest information you had salitee channels on tv but their was none. The function room, which the engagement party was in, was cold. I found the layout of the hotel confusing and the situation of the reception awkward.The staff was nice and kind in general, but the restaurant and bar staff was ocasionally rude. It was maybe a bit expensive taking into account its location in the outskirts of the city. carpet was badly stained - and room was a bit noisy. I was disappointed that the double room I had booked turned out to be a twin with the two beds pushed together, not very comfortable. The bed was also not neatly made up and I think this needs attention. No breakfast provided even though requested. No linen change for second night. Beds weren't made. Shower was faulty and shower door was broken.
