Friendliness and efficiency of all the staff. Room was spacious, extremely clean and bed was very comfortable. Excellent location and only a few yards to the Skylink bus stop. Brilliant breakfast menu with lots of choices and very generous portions. Welcome box of Maltesers on the pillow. The location was very good. The breakfast menu was excellent.peace and quite. The bed was soft and the room nice and cosy. Nice change from the chain hotels, this one has a personal and a lived-in touch.The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and they can serve it to you at any time in the morning. I had to check out at 5 AM and the man at the reception cooked a wonderfull full Irish just for me. For two star rating, this hotel has a five star staff!. all reviews »
The central location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location and the breakfast.The staff were very friendly, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast cooked to order was very acceptable. Great location, fantastic breakfast, friendly/helpful staff.The friendly helpful staff made my stay at the Windsor inn, the breakfast deserves a mention, lots of choice the full Irish being a winner for me. you would pay 10 euros + for such a breakfast in any of the local cafes. Room we stayd was located faceing the street so it was a bit noisy.you should be aware there is a noisy main road at front of hotel. shower was not good on top floor. The decor is quite old and needs updating. the hotel is in need of some updating which i think is happening ,bar and restraunt were closed when we stayed. Decor, brown sheets, I would recommend it for good staff, but not dcor. Don't stay here if you are fussy as facilities are a little old and there may be noise from the road and neighbouring guests. However, if you're looking for some Irish character this is the place for you.shower was poor. 60 steps up to my room. Hot water barely reached my room in the clouds.Very Central. services and quality of environment very poor compared to Maldron hotel which was only 14 euros dearer!. It looked like it had not been decorated since the 1960's. Cobwebs in the bedroom. Breakfast was slop. No door handles in the bedroom, just a Yale lock snib. I was stopped and asked who I was as I went to bed. Noisy, very dirty, old, terrible breakfast.This is not a Hotel rather a badly run down B+B, and everything about this place is old and dirty, thank god i only book in for one night. found hairs on my "clean" towel, very noisey as the windows didn't close properly.
