floor flat which meant we had an amazing view. Everything was clean.

no major dislikes.. only the heating on the living room wasnt working and builders working on apartment next door which was a bit disturbing, but we were just unlucky to stay there during the construction. other than that, everything was superb.
They don't have a 24 hour reception desk but as we were
Arriving after 7 in the evening they arranged to leave keys for us in a key box. All worked out very well.
Front communal door lock was broken and anyone can easily push it open and gain entry to communal area! No one did but they could! No urgency to get it fixed.
The mattresses need to be replaced. You could feel the springs through all of them.
A little bit noisy.
The flat is out dated and almost unfinished it resembles an English
council flat, and although everything is clean because there are smudges
in walls cracks in floor makes it feel unclean. There is also a damp
smell to the place. Pictures look a lot better than actual place. We
enjoyed our stay and for the price I paid it was good but I was
expecting a lot nicer from the photos. Also it seems to be in quite a
rough area and is next to a hostel.
Room was very cold and radiators was working only nights. So evening room was very cold...
Very cold. Some radiators not working. Toaster not working. No parking available. Not value for money and did not live up to my expectations.

Parking: On-street parking is free from 18:30 - 07:30 Monday to Saturday and free all day Sunday.
The property does not have a functioning reception desk, so all guests who arrive after 17:30 Monday - Friday will need to make sure before arrival that they check their email with information as to what apartment they are staying in and where the key will be left for them.
Parking costs EURO 2 per 2 hour ticket which can be purchased in any local newsagents or stores.
Please note that guests might have to access their apartment through a few flights of stairs.
Please be aware that the photos are just a sample of the apartments available. The standard is high throughout all the accommodation, although decor and style differs.
