All the staff were very courteous and did all they could to make our
stay memorable. Even when I couldn't get complimentary breakfast
served in my room due to the hotel's policy, I called the following
morning explaining that I had two newborn babies and that it would be
impossible to go down to eat breakfast in the mornings. The duty manager
(Sachin I think is his name) was very apologetic and made an exception

The staff is incomparable. Ishrat Kaur served an amazing role as our personal butler and I rank her highly as one of the best employees (and people) I have had the pleasure of encountering.
