The hotel is opulent and classy. The staff is the best we have ever encountered, and consistently excellent. The dining is delightful and even room service is great. The spa treatments are amazing! Went in for a pedicure. An hour and 1/2 later I left after getting a Epicure, a leg rub and while my polish was drying , the young man massaged my neck and shoulders. This was about 1/3 of the price you pay in most spas. Needless to say after that experience, my husband and I looted for 90 minute ful.
all reviews » All the staff were very courteous and did all they could to make our stay memorable. Even when I couldn't get complimentary breakfast served in my room due to the hotel's policy, I called the following morning explaining that I had two newborn babies and that it would be impossible to go down to eat breakfast in the mornings. The duty manager (Sachin I think is his name) was very apologetic and made an exception for us, even coming personally to ensure our full order was delivered, with more ap. I have never before experienced such incredible eye for detail and the extremely nice staff all around the hotel. It made me feel like home amidst the sometimes challenging conditions of New Delhi life. The breakfast buffet was incredible, the rooms are amazing comfortable, the pool is incredible. And a special thanks for the staff who baked a delicious cake for my birthday! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be pampered for a couple of days !. excellence personified. Had very bad experience with 16th morning 7.45am recetion front office staff. Really please take some action.for the welness of future customers.
