the staff on all fronts are extremely helpful and friendly and can explain details of food served and will even send you a recipee by email. they do not know the word NO. Fantastic, we have not stayed in a hotel with such a friendly attitude and service at the highest level. The service is stunning. The staff could not do enough to please us. I would rate the pool setting as the best of all the pools at the many hotel where we stayed during our month in asia. Excellent breakfast buffet.
