I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They always tried to help me with anything I needed, even helping me to the hail a cab on the street with all of my luggage hours after I had checked out and in the extreme humidity.

This is an excellent hotel with great staff. The hotel is clean and they include many extras in the rate which really makes it good value. Rooms are spotless and although small, very comfortable.
Excellent breakfast selection and all day coffee facility as well as free sundowners and a complementary mini bar make it very convenient and comfortable. Theres a laundry facility which is great as well as a small fitness gym. All facilities are well maintained and v clean.

We loved the hotel. They had thought about the travellers needs and went that extra mile to ensure that your stay would be like staying in the one of the best 5 star hotels in Hong Kong.
The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
As Australia is a frequent route for us, The Ovolo will now be our hotel of choice.
We can't recommend it highly enough and with a superb breakfast choice included in the price, why would you stay anywhere else.

I found this hotel to be a great choice if travelling to Hong Kong for many reasons. It offers easy access from the airport, a clean room with a great view of the harbour all in a central location.
I took the A11 bus from the Airport and alighted at the 3rd stop (Macau Ferry Terminal) and it was a few minutes’ walk from there. (A return fare from the airport in $65HK). Although most people would rather stay around Nathan road (TST) it's easily accessible as the Sheung Wan Metro is about a 5-10

It was even better than I had expected. I enjoyed being so close to the Star Ferry, MTR and attractions. Everything was in walking distance. Having a Star Bucks across the street was an added bonus! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Hong Kong. - The hotel is close to all major tourist spots outstanding view (wouldcost you aprox £500 per night next door). Clean room, good water pressure and temperature. Good location. Good service. We did book for 2 nights, so we could checkout at evening, but The Wesley did only charge for one day. - Very convenient and the hotel staff was excellent.
