  Very nice hotel in a nice location. Only stayed 1 night so can't say to much about all the facilities. We were upgraded free to a club room which was very nice. I had breakfast from the coffee shop which did a special takeaway offer of coffee and a pastry.   The correct word to describe Hotel ICON is SUPERB !!... This hotel was absolutely ABOVE & BEYOND of my expectation for quality of hotel and hospitality. I stayed at room 2307 for 2 nights. I really enjoy EVERY aspect of this hotel. There's nothing that I don't like... nothing at all.   very nice and comfortable rooms - The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. The information cards provided with regards to attractions around H.K were great and very helpful.   Our stay was very short at the Harbour Grand only six hours, this was due to a bereavement.   The hotel has a very good location. The shops, restaurants, MTR station and the church were all walking-distance . The staff is very accommodating. Twelve members of my family checked-in, 8 adults and 4 kids. We reserved 4 rooms and we were given 2 sets of adjoining rooms, how convenient! The rooms (and bathrooms) are very clean and well-kept. ... what people say » To top it all, room rates are very reasonable. - The cleanliness and comfort level of the room. probably made better becoz I was upgraded to a superior room. The staffs were courteous and helpful. during our stay, the hotel needed to have a temporary power outage, the details were properly explained to us during checkin, plus notices in the bedroom and TV. This show that the hotel cares about its customers and communicated it very well.
