The room I stayed in was clean and very nicely appointed. The location is in a quiet residential area and is convenient to the U-Bahn. The hotel name is: apart hotel and residences next to the underground station offered a free pass for all means of transportation very very clean. close to the U bhan, cleaning of the room, close to the market. The disponibility and capability of the reception desk staff to provide all the informations I asked; very close to the subway stations. The hotel was very clean, it is well located and the staff is friendly. it was a great stay.Relatively close to the city center, near the subway, clean rooms, good restaurant. Nice price for this location - rather far from the historical center,but not very if travel by metro or by taxi. Hotel convenience and location was good - close to U-bahn and city centre but in a quiet district. More quiet, residential area, close to a U2 and a few super markets.It was clean and quite cozy. its not really anything i disliked, just a point of note that the hotel is a good bit from the centre but you can get the Ubahn which is only round the corner or else get a taxi which will only cost you €10.only one television English channel. Wireless internet is expensive and did not work in my room (the signal strength was too low), breakfast costs extra. additional cost for breakfast. Wifi not for free. You can not just get coffee or tea, they will charge you the full Breakfast price. Watch the cancellation policy.the breakfast is to expensive,very hard to faind the hotel,you do not feeling that you in 4 star hotel. not enough elevators for the guests.To make less expensive Internet and breakfests. Make opening hours of sauna longer. expensive breakfasts.Rather old room planning. High cost of breakfast, no free wireless internet, wireless internet service that I paid for had poor signal strength.Too expensive breakfast, over-stressed reception personnel, room service that could use improvement.. You need a comp. Breakfest. the room was too hot, there was no airco. The staff was horrible, I would prefer more smile on their faces and more friendly behaviour.A double room was prepared without permission though we were applying for twin-bedded room. When we asked k them to change the room, it was refused arrogantly. The promise was broken again though they promised reluctantly when they changed the room on the next day. The employee's correspondence is the worst, and our travel has been spoilt.
