This is our 2nd stay! - This time for 6 Nights only - We were unable to book 6 consecutive nights, so we had 3 nights in a Superior Apartment followed by 3 nights in a Basic Apartment - We wanted to avoid the 'down- grade' (there is actually nothing wrong with the Basic Apartment, we had Basic on our first Concept Living visit) so the Friendly, helpful man on reception suggested contacting him before the end of the first half of our stay - He 'juggled' a few things around and we were able to ke.
all reviews » This is our 2nd booking at Concept Living, so that speaks for itself! This time we stayed in a Superior Apartment, that had everything we needed - Previously we had a Basic Apartment, that we really couldn't fault either - My only advise is.. Make sure you get your Guest Number if you are arriving after reception hours - - Check the email that Concept Living will send you very soon after you book (this is a separate email from letsbookhotel.com's). This is the 2nd time that I have checked in to. These apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay in Munich. Prices are expensive in the city but we found this a good budget option without compromising on facilities - it had everything we needed and more. The bed was huge, there was a hairdryer, a well-equipped kitchen (with microwave and kettle), lots of pillows and rugs, plenty of space to hang clothes, DVD player, music system and British TV! There is also a very useful U-bahn station nearby and Christian was very helpful b. The complex works well and it was very clean. It only just makes the definition of apartment with a tiny kitchen and smallish badroom area. The location was OK but there were no great eating places nearby. The walk to the subway etc was more than 5 minutes as claimed but once there public transport made everything easy for us. Not hard to fiend from Giesing metro station. The room was very clean, but the housekeeper came to clean the room after our stay (4 days), but that was not a real problem. The bed was large enough and the room very warm. Very quiet neighborhood; we had a Comfort apartament at the second floor. I recommend it!. It was nice , quiet housing area . The reception guy was superb nice and helpful . Clean room , comfortable . Internet go well but u have to pay 2.5euro per day . Check in time is kinda late at 3pm but it's ok , cos they will send ur luggage up to room n key is provided in advance . The apartment was excellent, very clean and had everything to make our stay comfortable. The location is great if you don't want to be in the hussle and bussle of the centre. Really close to metro bout 5min walk, supermarket down the road and staff couldn't be more helpful. A great suite on the ground floor facing the yard - nice and quiet. Staff was very helpful. Best of all, there was self-service laundry facilities in the basement, with excellent Miele machines and tumble dryers that did the job efficiently. Great apartment to stay at!. The room was nicely furnished and decorated, and the kitchen had everything you needed (certainly enough for 2 people). There were all the British TV channels too! The bed sheets were comfy, plenty of wardrobe space, and the whole apartment was spotless. The cooking facilities were a major bonus for us to save money on food. The room was clean, modern and well equipped with everything you will need. Stove, microwave, kettle, pots and pans, cutlery. the shower was clean and the water was hot. check in and check out are very easy and not complicated. the price-worth ratio is very good. the htoel is well situated. but you should not expect a 4* hotel here... there are nice apartments, clean and also with some style of homefeeling. This apartment was excellent and only a few mins walk to a underground station that took you to munich centre. The apartment was fantastic and very clean. Paying the full amount up-front (Literally within minutes of booking) - Not a major issue, but I prefer to pay cash, on arrival, when I known everything is in order!. We sorted that out the next morning but it was a bit of a pain with the reception being closed the night before. However, upon leaving we were told that our laptop had a virus because of the amount of usage, which was very helpful to know!. i don"t have any complaints. Location :) but consider close to the city .. And u need to walk like 4-5min to the train station. Nothing bad to say. The wasn't a whole of choices of restaurants nearby. The only thing I didn't like was the cramped bathroom, it was actually quite difficult to move around especially if the door was left open. However, our friends had another room and their bathroom was a lot more spacious so I think it depends on the room. You also need to leave the key in a sort of slot to get electricity, meaning you can't leave phones/cameras to charge while you're out. The beds were quite hard and a bit uncomfortable to sleep in. Only one bath combined with toilet. It will be better with a partition between a sitting-room and a living-room. paid Wi-Fi,I would like to clean twice, if you live in the hotel 10 days. That cleaning was not tied to a specific day of the week, and was tied to a specific period of their stay at the client. Nothing I didn't like. The location wasn't great for tourists like ourselves. To reach the apartments from nearest metro stop you had to walk over 5 minutes through quiet suburban streets which didn't feel too safe at night. There were also no direction provided by the apartments on their website so we ended up taking the S-Bhan to what looked like the nearest station only to find the alternative was much closer... A bit expensive, not many restaurants in the neighborhood. The kitchen counter is very compact and a bit inconvenient to work. The door to access the kitchen opens from inside, therefore opening the fridge is almost impossible when the kitchen door is open. Parking in the area of the hotel is quite expensive, but you can easily find a place in surrounding streets. Parking is not organized in the price. not well decorated. I've expected too much for an apartment. No staff for information. far from the U Bahn & train station. Check in time too late. 2.5 euro per day for the internet is ok, but free internet would make this place more than perfect. Only one bath, but not a big problem. Although the WiFi is only 2.5 per day it is per device. WiFi cut out every few minutes. Shower head was a little high, easier to use as a hand shower or you got water on floor of bathroom ; noise travelled easily between floors. no such thing. On the ground floor was quite noisy with people coming and going from reception. They could join the two single beds into one to make it more comfortable in sleeping. No house keeping for whole stay (unless you requested) no breakfast wifi is charged. No cleaning in a 3 nights stay.

On weekdays reception is open from 07:00 until 16:00. On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, it is open from 10:00 until 13:00. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to contact Concept Living Munich prior to arrival to request their guest number. This number is needed for the key machine. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests can request an ironing board and iron at the reception. A weekly cleaning service is also available. Please note that private parking at the accommodation is underground. A parking space must be reserved up to 3 days before arrival. The maximum height of the parking area is 1.6 metres. Electronic devices brought and owned by the guest have to meet the latest safety standards and may be used if due diligence is observed. For safety reasons as well, the 2nd apartment key is to be removed from the electronic panel inside the apartment.
