The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. The hotel is 2 blocks from a metro station and surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. They also made special arrangements so that we could check in really late. The room was very spacious compared to other hotel rooms we have stayed in in Europe. We had room to set up the baby's Pack and Play without being cramped. The wireless internet was free, and easy to connect.
