The location was very close to the U-bahn station and supermarkets for getting food for the apartment. The area is very quiet at night and we saw no trouble.I would highly recommend staying with City Rentals for value for money. I will be choosing them again on my next trip to Berlin next year!.
Ruth was very helpful with the check-in process and in giving directions. He also accepted to keep our stuff for a couple of hours after we checked out. Location was good, close to local Kaisar supermarket and well connected with U-bahn. Studio was clean.all reviews »

Excellent location for the gay bars and clubs, close to Nollendorfplatz. Even tho there was stuff i didn't like, i highly recommend this apartment and will be coming back here again.

The appartment in Eisenacher Strasse 11 is really close to U-Bahn station. There are good restaurants and bars nearby, and there´s also a 24 hours opened supermarket.

Hard to say what I didn't like, maybe not enough English speaking channels on the TV and this didn't actually bother me too much as we were rarely in the apartment :-).
Price seemed to be a bit high compared to Ibis hotel. We got the studio without the terrace due to renovation. Building itself is a bit old, apartment bathroom needs upgrade. Time given for free cancellation was very short and the overall cancellation policy needs to be changed. Also, cleaning fee was not clear right away (I only noticed it after I received booking confirmation).
- No balcony in Eisenacherstrasse and you don't know which one you will get
- No hood
- Very bright room with white curtains so you can't darken the room
- Noisy: at the back side is a car park with a lot of noise in the morning (cars, breaking glass, people yelling, ...); other guests told us that the street side was noisy too, because of a bar.
Curtains wasn't long enough to cover window. work men doing repairs upstairs at 7.30am. (i know u cant blame anyone for that tho).
Wifi was not working at times.
Very noisy from the road .windows not sufficient. To contain. Noise.
We really missed balcony there; the room is small, but for 2 people it´s OK; it can get really hot there during summer.
