I think this is one of the most important criteria for choosing a hotel since you will always need the U-Bahn or S-Bahn. I would recommend this hotel.Breakfast, this could be improved on one morning bread was dry and fruit not covered up from flies. Double-room is very small. Doors of hotel closed at the night, you must wait near of the door. You cannot come in your double-room with guest :( its not a "gayfriendly" hotel. When returning to the hotel during the day, if there are customers checking in/out, you need to wait patiently in the queue to obtain your room key so you may have access to a room that you have already paid for. Both day and night front desk staff appear to be "bothered" with customers. The towels were not change during our stay. One of the single rooms did not have a built bathroom but some type of very small bathroom cabin put in a room which did not look good and it was very small. Reception could be decorated nicer and they should do something about the smell at the reception room. poor enlish (or even absence of english) of some staff. The doorman at night, the old key system need to update to key cards. noise and not climatisation. TV stuck on the wall and deposit for the remote. Stark decor. The staff was unfriendly and not interessed. The doorman at night is scaring. the room was strangely shaped. No mini-bar, luckily there is a small Imbiss at the corner of the street open till 12pm. There is lots of noise from the courtyard and from other guests through the doors and ceiling.
