  Fabulous location and wonderful staff made our first experience to Nice a memorable one. We would most certainly return and use the facilities again. Spacious, light and airy, fabulous wet room, large fridge, small kitchenette with double ring, sink, microwave and mini dishwasher. Around and about: convenient for Casino Supermarket for grocery sho... what people say » pping, great to get around Nice on the Tram and to the beach, albeit a pebbled one, fabulous shopping centres, market and restaurants nearby and just - We had a lovely stay there. The staff were helpful and spoke good English. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained. The hotel has a tram stop just outside, and it's cheap (1 euro 50) to get to the city centre / seafront. The train station Nice Riquier is a 10- minute walk away and it's one stop to the lovely resort of Villefranche.

  The staffs at the reception were really helpful. they know a lot about Nice, where to eat, what to do & even provided us with map and train timetable. The train station to monte carlo on 4 blocks fr the hotel! The room suits our need. We travelled with a baby so it was good to have a kitchenette. We knew before booking that room service only ... what people say » available every other day, but didn't find that a nuisance. Carrefour just across the street, easy to get any essentials there. - We liked the well equipped kitchen. There were cleaning materials including dishwasher tablets. The parking was very secure with lift access to the hotel. The only thing was that the decor, although modern, was a bit dark and the furnishings did not make the room inviting. There is a large shopping complex containing a Carrefours supermarket, directly opposite. It is only a 300 metre walk to the tram stop which is handy.

  Friendly welcome when we arrived and very helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. Room (No 26) was spacious, really comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen area, and large bathroom with loads of towels. Great shower with plenty of hot water any time of day. Location is great, as the train station is within a few minutes walking distance, not very close to the sea- a good 20 minute walk to Old Nice or the Promenade des anglais, tram is nearby as well... There's a self-serve kitchen and lots of places to get groceries nearby, as breakfast isn't included. Roo... what people say » ms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Safe as well, but I wouldn't hang around outside at night. The place would have been hard to find, but I - The host is very nice during our stay, the location is quite convenient, the facility is quite good as well, a nice place to go in the future.

  Excellent location and friendly staff. Very happy with my stay. Perfect if you´re looking for a combination of dining out, city walks, comfort and a bit of seaside. Promenade des Anglais only 5 minutes walk away and the place itself is in the middle of the famous shopping and restaurant district. Everything was charming. Owner and staff are very nice. The room is really small but the space is perfectly organized, equiped and designed with a lot of taste. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may need. Wifi is fine. Location is perfect. I wish every place I will stay in the future will have such a level of comfort!
