  Location was perfect - very central.. Building was listed and very interesting. Studio apartment was spacious and had individual art features. Owner was friendly and helpful but only speaks French. - We loved our time there , madame was so helpful in every way possible . The location was super and the price for same very reasonable

  Room with a Vue was a fantastic place to stay. Rooms were great and the unique bathrooms make it an interesting stay. The staff were most friendly we found during our month in Europe. Fred was the perfect host and made our stay really enjoyable. The rest of the staff were so helpful and polite it was amazing. Room with a Vue is located in the "Ol... what people say » d town" which is close to many restaurants and bars/cafes. Breakfast was included. Beach is approximately 100 metres from Room with a Vue. With market - Room with a Vue was a great place to stay. We had a lovely room with a comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and a beautiful chandelier. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Fred went out of his way to make our stay really enjoyable! Breakfast was included and very delicious. Location was perfect- situated in the old town with great restaurants at our doorstep and the beach a street away. If returning to Nice I would definitely stay here again!!

  The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We ended up getting one of the newly renovated rooms which was gorgeous. It was also the only room with a balcony overlooking Place Massena! It was perfect to listen to the Jazz fest that was going on across the street. Great stay! - we stayed in an non refurbished room (rooms 9 and up have been refurbished), so the bathroom was a bit old and small, but had everything you needed. staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. fantastic location one street back from the promenade and beach, and no steet noise at all at the back of the building.

  Staff were great, location ideal for beach, shopping and restaurants and as a base to visit other locations such as Monaco, Villefranche and Beaulieu and proximity to airport. Having its own beach immediately opposite the hotel with the restaurant is a distinct advantage . Great beds. - The concierge service was the best I have ever had in my 40+... what people say » years of traveling! The room was excellent. We were right on the Promenade in Nice and adjacent to the old city Ville Nice. We appreciated having parking as well. Look forward to a return visit!
