1. Rachel is extremely friendly, professional and helpful. She went out of her way to welcome us and to tell us all about the tourist sights (and then the nice spots as well) in Nice AND the cities/towns/sights surrounding Nice. She also gave us all the necessary information how to get there and the approximate cost. Rachel's English is excellent and she is a real asset. 2. The location of the Studio - the trams run right in front of the "hotel" and the train station is about 5 minutes walk .

Rachel was utterly nice and helpful. Just hope that she still works there when we come back in June. Fantastic market (fruit & veggies) just 200m north, every day except for Sunday. Pleasant staff,good location near station, on main shopping street with tram down to seaside,windows double glazed so not so noisy. Small but comfortable. No Internet access at all. The Reception Staff Rachel, she was really kind and looked after us. Good Location, easy to go to center city as also train station. Comfort and clean. Excellent communication with owner/caretaker. Very clean and with everything needed for self catering. Excellent location for shops and transport. Great location especially if you arrive by train. Train station is just 300 metres away and the tram outside the building. Full equipment. At the heart of the city. 1. The noise from the street when you open the doors to the balcony. 2. We had to close the doors to have a decent conversation and to sleep. Once you close the doors to the balcony, the room is fairly quiet. 3.Room could become very hot and stuffy in summer. Rachel did explain that they are looking into getting air conditioning, but there are quite a few architectural problems to solve. nothing. No internet. Nothing. Would have liked wifi, even though McDonalds was downstairs their wifi not always available. A little noisy and warm at night. Because of close proximity to the train station and tram line, it may be quite nosy even when the widows shut. No wi-fi, so had to go to McDonalds (just next door) to get access to Internet. If have wifi,it will be parfect. some noise by the tram, no toiletries. It`s a part of a live-in building- it can be a bit noisy. No internet connection No air condition.
